Masingita has acquired wealth of experience over the 16 years he has been in the building industry. Masingita has completed projects worth over 350 million rands. In 2008 Masingita founded Marentia Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. Masingita’s vision is to strive for establishment of an affordable and viable built environment and the empowerment of human resources, so that the quality of life can be enhanced for all.
Advocate T.M Baloyi, has earned both his Jnr and Post-Grad Law degrees (B.Iuris and Baccalaureus Legum) from the University of the North. In 1994 he served as a prosecutor and Assessor for Work-Study Programme (WSP) of the university. For 8 Years he served as a Counselor for the Vhembe FET College. He was responsible for drafting the entire FET Legal Policy and guidelines which were found to be National desirable.
Between 1994 and 2017 (23 years) he affectionately drafted a couple of policies and legislations, served in a couple of committees, he remains the choice of institutions, the ANC, Departments and Provincial Legislatures, Department of Finance, Agriculture, Office of the Premier in Initiating and presiding over disciplinary cases to date especially in complicated cases. He has served and chaired a couple of Boards. He still has a notable track record on accountability and socio-economic advancement.
Lawrence Waya has a Diploma in Computer Studies NCC (UK) specialized in Computerized Accounting and has 30 years’ experience in the accounting industry and is currently studying for his ICB Accounting Qualification. He has extensive financial knowledge which he uses to implement a proactive approach to prudent financial management.
Lawrence is a strong team leader, mentor and coach, and encourages the personal and professional growth of the finance staff he manages. Lawrence is also a legend in football of which he played for clubs in Belgium, United Arab emirate, South Africa and for the Malawi National Team.
Fikile Mudau is the sole shareholder of MJM Electrical, with vast experience in local government as she held many positions on government entities.
She Possesses:
– B Com degree, Local Government Finance and
– Certificate program in municipal finance.
– She is currently studying towards a MBL and LLD degrees.
In 2003, Fikile was appointed as Deputy Director at the Department of Provincial and Local Government. She was responsible for the financial viability monitoring of the 283 municipalities in RSA.
Between 2011 and 2013 she was the Business Development Director for Ditsibi Empowerment. After this Fikile joined Polokwane local municipality and was the Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for a budget of over R2b. She left Polokwane Municipality to join MJM Electrical in 2016 after she acquired the business.
